  Brad Bradley has been handling the books for my husband's businesses for the last 20 plus years and my multiple businesses for the last 4 years. The last 4 years for me, personally have been frustrating to work with this company. Getting them to do reconciliations and to get our payroll done on time have been like pulling teeth! The last few times they made an attempt to reconcile our accounts and work on our books (which was months ago), they had their receptionist doing it and she made numerous mistakes and inaccuracies, and took far more time than it should have taken,...and they charged us the same rate as they would a professionally trained bookkeeper! My husband and I finally sat down with Brad Bradley himself to see what the problem was. I found Mr. Bradley to be rude and unprofessional, offering no apology. Basically acted like they do no wrong. Now they don't return our calls and emails and hadn't made any efforts to do any work for us to the point that we have finally had to take our business elsewhere. Basically they have decided to not handle our accounts without giving us any reason and with no communication what so ever, which has put us and our businesses at risk! On top of this, we have found that they have made MAJOR mistakes on our taxes the last four years which has cost us dearly with the IRS and we are now having to pay another firm to fix!!! DON'T RISK YOUR TAXES OR FINANCES WITH THIS COMPANY!
