  I have been with Paul McGarrell Farmers Insurance Agency for over 6 years and I am extremely happy with the care and service I have received. Paul and his staff are 100% committed to their clients and they are very happy to help if I have questions about my policies or my billing. I will never leave this agency because I know if I ever have to file a claim I will have the best body shop or restoration company handling all the details and I will be completely satisfied with the results. Paul is always available to sit down and do a review and go over my coverage and I know when I leave his office he has me, my family and my assets protected. I appreciate having an agent I can trust.

  So actively involved that you'll feel smothered! When is the last time you've received so many assistance calls from your insurance company during an emergency that you were almost annoyed? I'm betting never. But the Paul McGarrell Team did that for me, setting such a high standard of service that I find it almost impossible to describe. I had an emergency claim that I filed regarding my car with time being of the essence. The McGarrell team averaged 7 calls or texts PER HOUR checking up on my status and well being. It was so frequent that I actually hit "Ignore" to several calls since there was no update to give. Have you ever even heard of such a thing? The norm at any other company would involve being put on hold at a national call center for an hour, begging for help. Instead, I was given a lesson in how "Blanket Coverage" got it's name. I've never had such personal and professional service from any insurance agency. I now understand that this is what I should have expected all along. This is what EVERYONE should expect.
